Building Project Overview

In September 2002, Our Savior's congregation voted and approved a resolution to move to a new location.

In September 2003, a five point resolution was approved by OSL's congregation

• Purchase of property on the southwest corner of Broadbent and St. Joe Highway
• To contract with Clark Construction to be our construction manager
• To contract with Mayotte/Jacob to be our architects
• To contract with Capitol Funding Services to initiate a fund raising campaign
• To use services of real estate professional, CB Richard Ellis, to solicit offers for our 1601 W. Holmes Road campus.

By September of 2004, all five points have been acted upon.
