Altar Guild

The Altar Guild's service is a valuable contribution to the worship services at our church. The Altar Guild glorifies God as it keeps the sanctuary fit for the worship of the true God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Altar Guild service espouses the principle that everything should exalt God and bring His grace to man. This principle should be kept in mind as any work is done in the sanctuary.

It is truly a privilege to handle communion ware and linens because it is here that God has His most intimate contact with man.

The making of banners, creation of paraments and the arrangement of flowers are all part of the service.
