Many of these links have some great information on them. They are not all Christian however, but they all serve as good resources. These resources deal youth culture, parents initiatives, and plans that will serve helpful.

Center for Parent/Youth Understanding

The Center for Parent/Youth Understanding is a nonprofit organization committed to building strong families by serving to bridge the cultural-generational gap between parents and teenagers. At a time when an already confusing youth culture is changing quickly, CPYU helps parents, youth workers, educators, and others understand teenagers and their culture so that they will be better equipped to help children and teens navigate the challenging world of adolescence. 

Community of Concern

Community of Concern is a non-profit organization that was formed in 1998. Their mission is "to educate parents and build partnerships so that (we) may coordinate our efforts to keep our children alcohol, tobacco and other drug free."


Confident Parenting Today

Confident Parenting Today is parents "on-line help source and confidence builder." The site includes tips of the week, featured articles, news and events, as well as many parenting resources from a Christian perspective. You can also sign up for a free monthly newsletter.


Family Education

Family Education offers a website where "millions of parents find school solutions, homework help, parenting tips, and expert advice." You can find information about school as well as entertainment and media.

Moms In Touch

Moms in Touch International is a wonderful organization of mother's across the nation who have decided to lift their children up in prayer. Moms in Touch are moms who believe that prayer can make a difference. They get together with other moms in the community to pray for their children, schools, and teachers.

A great site for Dads! Fathers can find practical fathering tips, research on fathering, information on the fathering movement, humor, and an online version of Today's Father magazine.

 
National Fatherhood Initiative

The mission of the non-profit NFl is "to improve the well-being of children by increasing the number of children growing up with loving, committed and responsible fathers."
